All Magnaflow diesel exhausts are manufactured in the USA in their ISO-9001 certified facility. All exhaust systems are dyno-tested to prove power gains. Sound is important to Magnaflow too, so they design their exhaust system mufflers with a straight through design and a perforated stainless steel core, mesh wrap and an acoustical fiber fill to deliver a deep, smooth tone. Each muffler is tightly packed with the acoustical fiber to give a long life with no sound degradation. They are so confident in their product, all exhaust systems are backed by a lifetime manufacturer warranty.
Magnaflow offers three main series of exhaust system for diesel truck owners. Their flagship Performance Series diesel exhaust systems are made from all stainless steel. They come with a fully polished stainless steel muffler, stainless steel clamps, and are finished off with polished large diameter stainless steel double wall exhaust tips. Depending on the exhaust kit, they will often contain an optional muffler delete pipe.
The Magnaflow XL Series exhaust systems are made from 100% stainless steel and come with a satin finish stainless steel muffler. XL Series kits come with stainless steel band clamps and a polished single wall exhaust tip. Magnaflow’s Pro Series stainless steel exhaust systems finish off their product offering with a value priced exhaust system that comes with the same features as the XL Series but doesn’t include an exhaust tip.
